In order to assist our Consultant Building Surveyors maintain their high professional standards and keep up to date with their Continuing Professional Development requirements we laid on a lecture in respect of the new MEES regulations and the changes to EPC requirements in the short to medium term. The lecture was given by Malcolm Clarke of Assured EPCs of Maidstone who spoke for nearly an hour, with almost another hour of questions and answers afterwards. We were guests of the Tiger Inn at Stowting and had a fantastic lunch afterwards downstairs in the bar. The day was enjoyed so much it looks set to become a regular occurrence!
