Richard Stafford has been practicing in Ashford and the local area since 1985, initially at Geering & Colyer which later became Colyer Commercial, and more recently as Co-Director at Taylor Riley Stafford, before making the move in September 2016 to form his own practice, Stafford Perkins.
We are delighted and proud that a great many long-established clients of Richard’s supported this move, allowing us to continue working on their behalf. We remain focussed and committed to delivering first class results to each and every one of our clients.

We believe the company will continue to grow naturally as we reap the rewards of providing a first-class service backed by years of hard-won knowledge and experience.
We have continued to grow since 2018 when we took on our first Graduate Surveyor. In January 2019 we took over the Property Management arm of Atrium Commercial Surveyors, with their remaining work transferring to us as of January 2021.
We also have a range of consultant Building Surveyors who are able to offer the full compliment of building surveying services. These independent surveyors will report to you on their own headed paper and have a reciprocal arrangement with us to enable us to provide this enhanced service.
