To bring the 2021 fishing season to an end it seems Richard and Paul had some form of “Trout Off”, Richard on Lake Vyrnwy in Wales and Paul on an unnamed Loch in Northern Scotland. Since neither catch was weighed it was deemed that honours were even - Richard commenting that Paul’s “only looked bigger, as it was closer to the camera” !!
The real test comes next year when Richard and Jane go head-to-head on a planned trip to Aberdeenshire hoping for their first Salmon .......watch this space !
