Heritage Court is located on the eastern side of Mountfield Road, directly opposite its junction with Collins Road towards the southern end of the Mountfield Road Industrial Estate. The Industrial Estate itself is located approximately one mile due east of the Cinque Port town of New Romney which is situated in the centre of the Romney Marsh, being accessed via the A259 and having a population of approximately 5,000 inhabitants. Description

These modern steel portal framed units have been built on a 'courtyard' style development facing each other across a central concrete apron. Units 1 and 2 have been completed and are occupied. Units 3 & 4 are nearing completion, as are Units 5 & 6. Units 7 & 8 will be built at a later date.
